i dreamt i was in a bus in sydney last night. and the bus met a forked road [?], turning left would lead you to UNSW and right would lead you to the city, and the bus went right. sigh. the dream's like 2-in-1 can? first, i'm not going UK anymore cuz my stepdad thinks it's not wise for us to go on a holiday since my mom told him we went to sydney in september! argh. and secondly, i think i'm gonna stay here and study. as much as i'd like to study overseas, i wouldn't wanna put a strain on my dad's finances. ah well.
SIA's having this fare promotion thing. when i saw tix to bali only cost sgd98, i happily cut and pasted the address to my mom. i actually forgot that the place's been bombed twice. lol. but imagine! things there are gonna be so damn cheap! the surf wear and everything. argh. anyway, adit's coming over in november. tts the closest to being overseas i'll ever be i guess.
oh. told you i went to see a dermatologist? i know my complexion isn't near bad or something, but what's 50 bucks for a lifetime of good complexion man. yeah. 50 bucks for a bottle of cleanser, oral tables and some night cream. he's so good to the extent that i was asking my friend how to get to hougang [since the clinic's there], and my friend was like "why are you going there? going punggol clinic ah?" holy lord. and my mom and friends tell me my skin's like clearer? i dunno. maybe i don't really notice the difference since i see my face everyday. anyway! the dermatologist's 4 no's: no squeezing [i'm still guilty of that! lol], no using of facial products in the market [garnier and shit], no touching of face unless ur face's been washed and no using of facial blotters and stuff. i think he's good. lol. we'll see!
payday was yesterday. never in my nsf life have i got over a thousand bucks in my account! haha. but i'm getting a new old computer soon, so that will change. anyway, went geylang last night with 2 colleagues. super packed as usual. and it rained, so it delayed us quite a bit. and by the time we wanted to go home it was already 11pm. so we walked away from geylang, thinking it'll up our chances of finding a cab. so we ended up walking along joo chiat road and it just screams dirty can? we could so tell who were the pro's and whatnot. scaryyyy!
on off today. gonna go to raffles city with my mom to get her battery watch replaced. will probably go down to smu also to buy the brownies which appeared in yesterday's urban! cheap and good. lol. eid mubarak people... =)
