heyyyyy~ heh... what to blog about? ha... duh. ok... my flight from kl reached singapore at 12.50pm (after a FIVE hour transit at KLIA... paid S$70 for a room at the transit hotel for like 3 hours there?.) and when i was at the aerobridge... i was like whoa? so hot? freaking hot lor... not saying tt i've adapted to the wintery cold of UK or anything but it hasnt been this hot has it? oh well... hate it. so freaking hot. cant we have an in-between? didnt get much sleep on the plane... signs of jetlag cuz it was noon UK time tho the sky was dark... tt sorta thing? anyway... lets start from the 19th of dec? ha... the day before my flight i sooooo couldnt sleep? gosh... its always the case? too excited or whatever lah huh? went to town with adit and family... met mel for a while since she wanted to pass me my eons-belated bday prezzie... i wanted her to meet adit! but circumstances didnt allow it? anyway... thanks for the gift... ha! ok... where was i? yaya... went town... was like some tourist lor? bum boat ride all? ha... got home real late... not home but my uncle's place... at like 11+? went to take my cousin's luggage... and i kissed adit goodbye (sigh?)... sad eh... went over to my place and took my luggage then to my mom's... did some packing and slept... well i tried to? hmph... so freaking cudnt sleep lor? and bjorn called me... so ya... talked abit... then it was 3am... bathed and got ready... fast forward abit... oh wait... i have to give u a lil insight? ha... its SIN-KL-LHR ya? since its MAS... so yeah... had to transit (any word such as transited? =x) at KLIA for a good 3 hours before our connecting flight to london heathrow? bugger... KLIA is like so not sleep friendly lor? once again... forced myself to sleep... yeah... time on the flight went quite fast actually? its like looking back i was at KLIA now i'm in LHR? tt fast? reached LHR at like 4pm UK time? and it was so dark by then... waited an hour for my stepdad? yeah... then took the bus to newport which is in wales... yeah... before boarding the bus i had a taste of the winter weather? yeah... oh! my place there in wales (MY place? ha...)... its SUPER nice! not super lah but yeah... i like it? hope my mom took photos of every room... nice? just nice... its this 2-storey semi-d... 276, bedwas road, caerphilly, wales... tts the address? ha... and unit 270 is where my stepgrandparents reside? nice pple... the weather's nice... WITHOUT the gales. its bearable without the gales... but with the gales... my hands and everything become so numb? wearing 3 layers doesnt help? duh its winter. ha. and yes! i dunno why but tears will start streaming from my eyes? the strong winds whatever my eyelids or smth and my tear ducts will start producing well... tears? ha... yeah... everything's there so ex lah? partly bcuz of the appreciating (ahem) sterling pound? bugger... its like u can get a quik tee for 30 bucks in singapore? but one quik tee there costs 20 pounds which is 60 sing dollars?! wth... i only managed to buy 2 tops and 2 bottoms... and lots of gifts lah... hmph. ha... oh yes... the tabloids there are like super porno? not super lah... just super porno comparatively? to singapore of cuz... they have women openly showing their boobs? yeah... and the news... posh and becks... phone sex? gosh... and lee from blue? he's such a horny ass? ha... super porno... and their FHM there SUPER porno ok... singapore's FHM is like nothing? and they have gay mags too... ok... liberal society ya... i like shopping at cardiff? which is the capital of wales... 40mins bus journey from my place... oh yes... speaking of bus... u knoe how much it costs per person to travel to lets say cardiff? 3 pounds?! 9 sing dollars?! wth... super ex rite? so wad if its a return tic... dusnt help. wah lao... and meals there dont come cheap... oh! i had this doner kebab... in singapore its all done properly right? meat + vegies wrapped nicely inside the bread? there... ok... imagine this ok? a bread on the plate... meat on top... then coleslaw on top of the meat... wth? no nice wrapping?! and the serving was like WHOA? for 3 pple lor. serious mel? ha... and tt was just a regular size u knoe... oh! had a wonderful xmas dinner there... tho its more like lunch? ha... had err... turkey steak or smth? nice... i love the baked potatos... wonderful... super homely environment? ha... i didnt quite like the xmas pudding tho? its like burnt sultana cake with whipcream on top? err yeah... burnt? ha. nvm... just try try ya... the leftover turkey meat was used for turkey stew (NICE!) and some other turkey stuffs lah... super recycled? ha... amazingly 2 weeks there seemed quite fast now tt i'm back in hot singapore... oh! i loveeeee going to the pharmacies there? shampoos and everything? hairdyes? so cool... i like? they had this dye+highlight thingy for 10 pounds? quite nice... but yeah... ex... i really wanted to get this FCUK travel bag... kinda cool? ha... but it costs 10 pounds... i was hoping they'd have it discounted for the post-xmas sale but no they didnt. sad... i just wanted the bag and whu cares about the toiletries inside? they dont smell nice anyway. its for men btw. ok lah... confession? whenever i go overseas its more like to shop and not to sightsee? ha... sorry? we went to cardiff castle tho... so pretty? like then i only saw castles on tv but last week i was in one? a real one? yeah... oh guess wad! ms tie called me while i was there? it was 11pm there but 7am singapore time... i was about to switch my phone off and normally i'd have slept by 9 or smth but was watching cast away... anyway she called... was at the room below my room? then i heard smth vibrating... so quickly rushed up... ok! its as if ms tie's phone call is super impt lor? why was i looking forward to it? ha. right. anyway yes... it was 7am for goodness sake! and its the holidays?!? workaholic or wad sia... she went "hafissaan ahh... ms tie here whoa... regarding ur cca record ahh... blah3"... the call lasted 32 secs? ha... wth... and i have to be prepared to pay quite abit for my next phone bill... sent quite a number of sms's? i dont even knoe how much one costs... die die die... nvm... i'll just use my NS pay... NS. gosh. 2 more weeks. i'm gonna dye my hair again ok? haha... and really go out these 2 weeks... oh i was reading edna's blog... wads a fifi tan sia? gosh... stunning. oh... i got this SMU thingy? which i thot was some NS mag? ha... i wudnt mind doing a degree in business... then can work in a bank or smth? but piloting will still be my top priority? ok! gtg and enjoy my last few weeks (2 in fact.) of civilianship? ha... right... great to be back tho... =)
